The past couple of weeks we have been focusing on long and short vowels and all the rules that come with them. It's really starting to make me wonder who came up with this thing called the English language and why in the heck they had to make it so difficult. But Luke is catching on real quick, which I knew he would, so I guess I can't complain too much. We have also been introducing word problems with math, and our extras have been rain and rainbows.

I had to take a whole class in college over the History of The English language and believe me, you'll never understand!!! I failed the class, I won't lie.
